My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not clean, but the spacious living room and kitchen area were a plus. However, despite repeatedly asking, we never received the promised amenities. On the bright side, having pets in the hotel was convenient.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offered clean, comfortable rooms and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the outdated room decor left a bit to be desired, and the location seemed a bit dated with a late '90s lodge feel. Despite that, the hotel's proximity to attractions and nearby upscale amenities made it a convenient choice.

The staff was very kind and helpful with directions to different places of interest in the city, although the service was a little slow at times. The location was very pleasant and enjoyable for my family, with a nice quiet area and a good choice of eating places nearby. The dining experience was decent, with a typical hotel breakfast that was adequate but not outstanding. The facilities were satisfactory, with available housekeeping and pet amenities, but the trash was overflowing occasionally.
